LEGAL PROCESS

Copyright and DMCA process

AIVoices catalogs community-provided information and links to model files hosted by third parties. We respond to sufficiently complete copyright notices concerning material or links on AIVoices.

Submit a copyright notice

Identify the protected work, the exact AIVoices location, the affected material, your contact information, the rights holder, and the statements and signature required by the notice form.

Submit a copyright report →

After a notice

  1. We review whether the notice contains the required information.
  2. Qualifying material may be disabled while the underlying case and audit history are retained.
  3. When applicable, we notify the contributor and provide the report reference needed for a counter-notice.
  4. A compliant counter-notice may be forwarded to the claimant. Restoration is handled after the statutory waiting period unless we receive notice of a court action.

Counter-notices

If you received a takedown notification and believe removal was caused by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice. Contact details and legal statements in a counter-notice may be shared with the claimant.
