Identify the protected work, the exact AIVoices location, the affected material, your contact information, the rights holder, and the statements and signature required by the notice form.

- We review whether the notice contains the required information.
- Qualifying material may be disabled while the underlying case and audit history are retained.
- When applicable, we notify the contributor and provide the report reference needed for a counter-notice.
- A compliant counter-notice may be forwarded to the claimant. Restoration is handled after the statutory waiting period unless we receive notice of a court action.
Counter-notices
If you received a takedown notification and believe removal was caused by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice. Contact details and legal statements in a counter-notice may be shared with the claimant.
